 Here we share one of our favourite recipes of the day.

Turmeric Immunity Elixir



Turmeric Immunity Elixir

2 Tbsps Turmeric, powder
1/2 C Water
1 Tsp Ginger, grated
2 Tbsps Coconut Cream
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon, powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper, powder
16 C Milk / Almond Milk
8 Tbsps Honey


    1. Mix turmeric powder and water and start cooking in a pan.
    2. When it comes together as a paste, take off the flame and mix in ginger, coconut cream, coconut oil, cinnamon powder, and black pepper powder.
    3. Keep this paste refrigerated till use.
    4. Take a tablespoon of above paste and mix in hot milk /almond milk and sweeten with honey.
    5. Mix all together and enjoy!
