Covid-19 & Brexit update:  Orders will be shipped next working day on a next day service. Unfortunately next day delivery cannot be guaranteed in the current circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL 

Since Brexit, we have had many issues sending to our international customers, with some being charged unexpected hefty customs fees. Due to this, we are now sending all packages DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) with DHL Express. This means your order will arrive within 3-5 working days, and you will have no surprise fees or costs in order to receive your package. Because of this, we have had to increase the shipping costs to our international customers, and are no longer able to offer free shipping for the time being. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout along with any duties and taxes payable.

CHANNEL ISLANDS
We offer VAT free shopping on orders shipping to the Channel Islands over £150.00. Please email info@maulirituals.com for your code.

 

RETURNS

Our products are entirely hand blended and made in the smallest of batches to better preserve their integrity and as such each product can vary slightly. If you are new to Mauli, we suggest you try our Mauli Minis as we cannot offer refunds. If however, there is damage, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange. 

Only products purchased at www.maulirituals.com can be returned to us for an exchange.

PEACE OF MIND

Here are some simple tips to speed your delivery, save you money and give you peace of mind.

- As you finalise your order, do check the delivery address and postcode are correct, as having to re-send an item will delay your delivery and you will incur an additional delivery charge. If the address you give us is incorrect and results in a non-delivery, we cannot issue you a refund.

- Items do need to be signed for, so please ensure you supply a delivery address and options that are safe and secure and make it easy for you or someone else to sign on your behalf. If an item is returned non-deliverable, again, it’s a cost to you when we re-sent it.

- Once you receive delivery at the address specified and your payment is cleared for all goods in full, you have ownership of the goods and we sincerely hope you enjoy them.

Please Note: Delivery dates are for guidance and all being well Royal Mail will do us proud, but there may be times when failures are caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, incorrect address details being provided, major road works or closures and forces of nature. We hope you appreciate, Mauli cannot be held responsible for these, but let’s think positive; it may never happen.
