OUR EXPRESS TRACKED SERVICE
Monday to Friday on orders placed before midday, excluding bank holidays - £7.95
Covid-19 & Brexit update: Orders will be shipped next working day on a next day service. Unfortunately next day delivery cannot be guaranteed in the current circumstances.
Our standard tracked service to Europe is £15.00, standard tracked to the Rest of the World is £20.00.
Express delivery to Europe is £25. Express delivery to the Rest of the World is £30.
Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you are shipping outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance, these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be). Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advise that you contact your local customs office or tax authority for further information.
We offer VAT free shopping on orders shipping to the Channel Islands over ￡150.00, which also gets you free shipping. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your code.
Our products are entirely hand blended and made in the smallest of batches to better preserve their integrity and as such each product can vary slightly. If you are new to Mauli, we suggest you try our Mauli Minis as we cannot offer refunds. If however, there is damage, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange.
Only products purchased at www.maulirituals.com can be returned to us for an exchange.

PEACE OF MIND
Here are some simple tips to speed your delivery, save you money and give you peace of mind.
- As you finalise your order, do check the delivery address and postcode are correct, as having to re-send an item will delay your delivery and you will incur an additional delivery charge. If the address you give us is incorrect and results in a non-delivery, we cannot issue you a refund.
- Items do need to be signed for, so please ensure you supply a delivery address and options that are safe and secure and make it easy for you or someone else to sign on your behalf. If an item is returned non-deliverable, again, it’s a cost to you when we re-sent it.
- Once you receive delivery at the address specified and your payment is cleared for all goods in full, you have ownership of the goods and we sincerely hope you enjoy them.
Please Note: Delivery dates are for guidance and all being well Royal Mail will do us proud, but there may be times when failures are caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, incorrect address details being provided, major road works or closures and forces of nature. We hope you appreciate, Mauli cannot be held responsible for these, but let’s think positive; it may never happen.
