One of the best ways to take ashwagandha powder is to add 1stp per day (3g) for thirty days on your cereals, juice, porridge or smoothie. Or take nightly in your choice of warm milk.
Occasionally people can have an aversion to certain herbs. As these are potent and powerful herbs, we suggest starting with a quarter tsp with a meal, warm water or honey and as with any new herbs, build tolerance slowly and gently.
