Amla, which contains over 20 times more concentrated vitamin C than an orange for natural skin health. Bibhitaki is a natural tonic that effectively decongests and clears toxins, while Haritaki strengthens immunity, muscular function and the intestinal wall. Triphala is the main herb prescribed for IBS, bloating, gastric ulcers, migraines and muscle weakness. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Occasionally people can have an aversion to certain herbs.
