Harnessing the benefits of both Aromatherapy and ancient plant medicine, our Himalayan Salts (containing the same 84 trace elements found in the body) are infused with a signature blend of therapeutic oils; each chosen to help encourage self-nurturing, stillness and letting go.

Place a handful of salts under running water and allow to disperse. Exhale and immerse yourself in healing water for approx. 15mins – long enough for the body to absorb the soothing blend. Alternatively add a handful of salts into a bowl of water and enjoy a foot soak to work on the reflexes.
