Serenity was created for our spa treatments at the Bulgari Hotel and its benefits can now be experienced at home. In Ayurveda, it is said that constitution, personality and lifestyle combine to identify one's primary dosha or vital energy. Age, circumstances and seasonal changes also impact on which dosha is dominant at any given time. While we all recognise the power of massage and physical touch, it's important to choose oils that support the healing of specific physical and emotional discomfort.

This cooling blend is carefully crafted with therapeutic oils of bergamot, lavender, lime, spearmint, sandalwood and rose absolute in a base of tissue healing evening primrose, sweet almond and jojoba to help eliminate toxins, balance digestion, calm inflamed, sensitive skin and pacify a fiery mood and nervous tension.

Warm the bottle between your hands. Massage oil into skin, starting from your feet and working up towards your middle and moving to arms, shoulders, the back of your neck and ears. Massage limbs using long strokes and massage joints, chest and middle, using circular motions, working in a clockwise direction. Spend 5-15 minutes massaging and then either prepare to sleep or wait 20 minutes, to allow the powerful oils time to penetrate deeply into the skin, before finishing with a warm bath.

A base of Sweet Almond, and Coconut Oils, with therapeutic grade essential oils of Lemongrass, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Lemon Peel, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Spearmint, Lime, Balsam Fir and Rose Absolute.
