Are all Mauli Products 100% Natural And Organic?

Mauli's artisan collection is natural and where possible organic.  It is made in the smallest of batches to better preserve the integrity of the rare and refined ingredients.  Only our Grow Strong hair oil contains less 0.5% of a very mild preservative and this is to protect against bacterial issues.  You will find the use by on the jars.

 

Do Mauli Products have expiry dates?
Yes, given we avoid preservatives and synthetics that artificially prolong the life of a product, our products do have 'sell and use by dates'. you will find these on your packaging but we recommend a 'use by' of six months on most products.
Where can I obtain a full list of product ingredients?
A full list of our ingredients is featured on the individual product pages.
How can I best store Mauli products?
We suggest you keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

How do I order?
Click on shop, choose the items you want and click buy now and once finished, proceed to checkout. If you need any support, please do email us on info@maulirituals.com and we will endeavour to respond within 2 hours during working hours.
What payment options do you offer?
As well as most credit and debit cards, we also accept payment via PayPal.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates can be found under Delivery & Returns.
Can my order be gift-wrapped?
Yes, you can request further gift wrapping but all Mauli products are beautifully packaged as that is our gift to you.
How do I know my order has gone through online?
We send you an email confirmation of your order with a unique order number. If you do not receive this shortly after placing your order, do email us at info@maulirituals.com and we will look into it for you.
What happens if my order has not arrived?
You will receive a confirmation of despatch as soon as your product is ready to go and based on this do allow sufficient time for the delivery option you have chosen. After these dates have passed please do email us, quoting your order number and we will follow up. We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and that we will deliver to is incorrect.
What is your exchange and returns policy?
We offer refunds and exchanges on faulty products. Please see Delivery & Returns for further details.
