There are three ways to use Mauli hair oil, no matter your hair type:

1. Simply add a few drops to the ends of dry hair for instant taming and gloss. Great for curly or fly-away hair, or to perfect an up-do.

2. Use as a pre-wash treatment. Massage a few drops of oil into the scalp and hair, leaving for 20 minutes to 2hrs, as that is sufficient time for the oil to penetrate and nourish scalp and roots. Then wash as normal. All hair types can benefit from this treatment.

3. For the ultimate night-time repair ritual, apply 2-3 drops along sections of brushed, parted hair and massage as if shampooing to cover roots and scalp, working oil through to ends. Once applied (you may wish to cover your pillow a towel), sleep well, wake and wash as normal.

Use twice weekly for the first six weeks (and on holiday, when hair can become particularly parched) and weekly thereafter. Regular scalp treatment helps reduce premature thinning, adds thickness, softness and shine.

Brow Oil:
Shake to activate, then gently sweep the rollerball over cleansed brows, massaging marma points at the center and end of the brow arch. Allow the naturally potent blend to soothe, soften and strengthen.

Key Ingredients:
Amla/Indian Gooseberry. High in tannin compounds and one of the worlds most powerful antioxidants, alma has 20 times more concentrated vitamin C than an orange and infuses hair with nutrition that protects against environmental aggressors, whilst working to strengthen follicles and promote growth. An excellent natural conditioner, alma diminishes split ends, dryness and dandruff.

Bhringraj/Eclipta Alba – Known as the ‘King of Hair' for its rejuvenating properties, its protein-packed extracts are used in Ayurveda to reduce premature greying and hair loss, whilst increasing strength, thickness and shine. Calming and conditioning; a little applied before bed should improve sleep patterns and reduce stress. In a study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology in 2009, tests on mice determined that treatment with bhringaraj extract helped stimulate hair growth. Additionally, a 2008 study from the Archives of Dermatological Research found that bhringaraj extract was more effective than minoxidil (a substance commonly used in the treatment of hair loss) in promoting hair growth in rats.

Brahmi/Centella Asiatica - A regenerative herb that is said to aid concentration, calm the mind and rejuvenate hair. Rich in saponins and tannins, these powerful antioxidants are revered in Ayurveda for their ability to add moisture, thickness and gloss to hair, whilst eliminating dandruff, reducing split ends and slowing signs of premature greying and discolouration.

Moringa - With an impressive oleic acid content of 72%, Moringa contains 47 potent antioxidants, 36 anti-inflammatory compounds, 18 essential amino acids, 7 x the vitamin C of an orange, 3 times the iron of an almond, 4 x the calcium of milk and twice as much vitamin A as found in a carrot.
