Q&A

Is this safe to use during pregnancy?
All our blends are safe and pure and if you know the ingredients suit you, I would take just the tinest amount each day and build up each day. As they are natural products they are all okay when you pass the 4 month mark and we use each essential oil in a small enough quantity to make it safe. That said, all pregnancies are different and we do experience aversions to things that previously seemed appealing.  Also, good to check with your practitioner as you may be taking other things too and one needs to look at pregnancy in the round.   I do hope this helps and thank you again.    Wishing you all the best on this beautiful journey
