Comb scalp massage tool handcrafted from Kansa by Indian artisans to stimulate hair growth, detangle the mane and boost circulation. Grow Strong Kansa Comb Massage also multitasks beautifully as a body massage tool and aids in lymphatic drainage of the body.

Inspiration and origins

“The marma points in the scalp connect with all parts of the body, bringing positive healing effects throughout. Furthermore, Kansa has exceptional anti-microbial properties, which in turn serve to deactivate pathogens, boost immunity and calm the mind. With blocked energy released, immunity and balance can be restored.

Marma (acupuncture) points are anatomical junctions in the body where two of more tissues meet. Think of these in terms of a train grid, where you need to hop off and make another connection to keep your journey flowing. I keep my Kansa Comb on my desk and reach for it when I hit an afternoon slump. A few moments of massaging my head, neck and shoulders immediately soothes and energises”.

Like a hug for your soul

"I had a similar comb in jade that a friend had gifted me from another company, but found that it really hurt my head, and left bruises on my legs and arms when used on the body. Having other Kansa tools from Mauli, I thought I would give this a go, and I was not disappointed! This comb is so incredibly soothing to use, I could use it all day. My fine hair feels so soft after use, and when using it on my body, no bruises! Perhaps the best thing is that when using it, my soul feels calmer and it genuinely feels like a meditation in itself. Another fantastic product from a brilliant company, thank you."

Stunning pieces

"Love all the mauli rituals pieces I’ve collected over the years. I use this comb in my rituals at work and it’s honestly stunning."

Uplifting and yet relaxing

"First time using a Kansa comb and I would say I find it very relaxing to use. Also a positive is it makes my grey/white fine hair look glossy."

Always reaching for

"I got two in the birthday sale and yes they were very much an investment. But wow this comb is so worth the price tag. I had jade combs but they are quite fragile and of course dropped them and broke them. So I got cheaper Kansa combs from eBay and they were really scratchy. Then I got the mauli combs…..soooo nice and such a joy to use. The feel, texture, weight and not scratchy at all. I put the eBay combs straight in the bin! I reach for these all the time. I know getting two was a bit boujie but combing both sides of your scalp at the same time feels soooo good. I like to comb myself from head to toe in the morning. It’s such a nice way to wake the body up and just to get back into my body, if you get what I mean. I spend a lot of my time lately so detached from myself just trying to get through the day, single working mum life. It is a really nice way to just breathe, slow down and check back in with myself. I like to spend extra time combing my belly and my thighs as that’s where I hold my weight. If I’m not being consistent I really start to notice the difference. My belly will look and feel fuller as will my thighs and the cellulite on my thighs also becomes more defined. So absolutely using them to comb on the body makes a huge difference if you are consistent. My hair is slightly thicker in the places I was noticing it getting thinner but it’s not a huge difference. However it certainly hasn’t gotten any worse. I have been using the combs for nearly a year now and I will honestly continue to use them for many more years to come. They just feel so good I find that I am drawn to them. I wouldn’t be without them now."

Beautiful piece

"I have slowly built up my Mauli collection, loving each product and item inspiring me to invest in my next addition to build my self care ritual. This comb is impressively weighted, signalling decadence as if it were a family heirloom. It invokes deep relaxation after a long day washing away stress and leaving me feeling lighter. I absolutely adore this piece and have also ordered it as a gift to spread the love x"

Wonderful massage tool for hair and body

"I love the weight of the Kansa Comb. Using it along with Mauli's oils really helps to add a sense of luxury to self care rituals. As the comb is metallic, it does mean that it smells very metallic on the hands after use, which may not be so pleasant for some. However, I have found it a brilliant tool to use on my head, hands, arms, legs and feet for massaging the finer knots out of my body."

Beautiful comb

"I am in love with this Kansa comb. It feels beautiful to hold, very heavy. I really appreciate the craftsmanship that has gone into making it. Using the comb makes my scalp feel incredible. I have also used it on my body as a massage tool and been very impressed. It was a treat to myself and I would recommend anyone who is taking steps towards self care to invest. I have made it part of my daily routine and it gives me a moment each day where I am doing something very simple which makes me feel good."

Kansa wand

"I love to end my facial treatments with this tool. Clients are living it. I use it on myself as I lost a lot of hair after having my daughter and I am hoping the scalp stimulation will help it grow back faster. Thank you for making this beautiful tool!"

Would this be beneficial to Alopecia sufferers?
Kansa combing massage certainly works remarkably well on the body, by boosting micro-circulation and lymphatic drainage it reveals smoother, brighter looking skin with an overall feeling of lightness. Our Grow StrongHair oil creates a healthy scalp, encouraging more hair particles to grow and strengthens your hair, it could be really useful in helping with this.
