THE MAULI ART OF SLEEP RITUAL:
Pour a capful of Sleep Dharma Bath & Shower Oil with a handful of Sleep Dharma Himalayan Bath Salts under warm, running water. Breathe deeply and soak for approx 15 mins. Alternatively, apply the oil directly to the skin before showering and wash as normal, to form a softening, gently scented, protective layer.
