Pour a capful of Sleep Dharma Bath & Shower Oil with a handful of Himalayan Healing Bath Salts under warm, running water. Breathe deeply and soak for a minimum of 15 minutes. Alternatively, apply the oil directly to the skin before your bath or shower and wash as normal, to form a softening, gently scented, protective layer.
