Sadly not the premium experience I expected!!

"I purchased Mauli Rituals' shampoo, conditioner and hair oil after having an excellent experience with their Sacred Union Dry Oil. Unfortunately, despite following the recommended routine for several weeks, the shampoo and conditioner left my naturally grey hair noticeably drier, dull and difficult to manage. I contacted customer services hoping for advice and, if the products simply weren't suitable for my hair, a goodwill resolution. Whilst the team were polite and responsive, the only solution offered was to continue using products that appeared to be making the problem worse, followed by discount codes towards further purchases. My request for a goodwill refund was declined because the products had been opened. I appreciate that not every product suits every person, and I wasn't expecting miracles. My disappointment is less about the products themselves and more about the after-sales service from what positions itself as a premium brand. I had hoped for greater flexibility and customer care. Sadly, based on this experience, I wouldn't purchase the haircare range again."
