What Is Amla Oil
Amla oil is a natural substance made from Indian gooseberries, also known as Phyllanthus emblica. The thick and nourishing properties of this oil is what gives it such power and it’s wide popularity across Indian medicine. Native Indian gooseberry trees are world-renowned for their fruits, but some also believe other parts of the amla tree hold medicinal benefits too.

How is Amla oil made?
To make Amla oil you must first dry the fruits out, traditionally under the heat of the Indian sun.
