"In a bid to combat the impact of pollution, stress and ageing, we tend to shampoo hair and scalp with harsh chemicals, yet this only adds to the damage already done.  I appreciate people stick to chemical laden products because they do give superficially good results, but I am proud to say, there is another way and we've bottled it for you. We want you to grow stronger, not on a surface level, but truly from within as that's the path to real, lasting transformation". Bittu Kaushal.

The Grow Strong rescue range harnesses the power of Ayurvedic super-nutrients to bring lack-lustre hair back to its former glory.

Mauli’s vitamin-rich, deeply cleansing Grow Strong Shampoo, intensely creamy Conditioner and nourishing Treatment oil have been formulated harnessing Ayurveda’s most healing plants for hair loss, thinning, greying and dullness. These herbs have been created in a time-honoured fashion with a sense of British refinement, for a rescue ritual that works hard to give dehydrated scalp and hair restored thickness, strength and shine.

3-Steps Ritual to Strengthen Hair

Follow our 3-step Grow Strong RitualMassage Grow Strong Treatment Oil into scalp and work through ends; leave for 1hr to allow the nutrients to penetrate into the scalp.  Now wet hair and apply Grow Strong shampoo – lather well. Finish with by applying our intensely creamy conditioner, then wash through.

Tip: If you are used to chemical shampoos, it may take a few washes before you truly notice the full benefits of Grow Strong, as the build of previous stubborn product residue that has coated the hair begins to cleanse away.

What’s in our winning formula?

The super-nutrients in the Grow Strong series include antioxidant-rich Ashwagandha, root stimulating Curcuma, naturally cleansing Shikakai, strengthening Brahmi and nourishing Amla, enriched with a sublime blend of Holy Basil, Himalayan Cedarwood, Cardamom, Patchouli, Vetiver, Frankincense and Fennel for clean, strong hair and a calm, clear head.

What’s in the Grow Strong winning formula? Turmeric, Amla, Cedarwood and more

Amla/Indian Gooseberry - High in tannin compounds and one of the worlds most powerful antioxidants, alma has 20 times more concentrated vitamin C than an orange and infuses hair with nutrition that protect against environmental aggressors, whilst working to strengthen follicles and promote growth.

Ashwaghanda - Potent adaptogen Ashwaghanda goes beyond calming the mind.  Rich in antioxidants, Ashwagandha stimulates melanin production (the molecule responsible for preserving hair colour) and diminishes dandruff and greasy hair.

Brahmi/Centella Asiatica - A regenerative herb that is said to aid concentration, calm the mind and rejuvenate hair. Rich in saponins and tannins, these powerful antioxidants are revered in Ayurveda for their ability to add moisture, thickness and gloss to hair, whilst eliminating dandruff, reducing split ends and slowing signs of premature greying and discolouration.

Tumeric - a potent adaptogen, turmeric has similar properties to synthetic drugs used to treat androgenic alopecia and thinning and more specifically finasteride.   These work due to the fact that it is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, which means it lessens the body’s ability to convert testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (dht) via the enzyme 5-alpha reductase (5-alpha).  This 5-AR has been shown to the cause of many causes of ailments including hair loss. Hair loss occurs as a result of damage caused by 5-AR to hair follicles, eventually shutting them down and destroying them. Furthermore, the high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin also encourage hair grown as these help the body to heal and recover from the very conditions that affect hair follicles and scalp condition.

Shikakai - Grow in the rainforests of India, Shikakai has remarkably high levels of vitamin C, A, D, E and K; making it wonderfully stimulating for hair growth, while its low ph levels ensure natural moisture, colour and shine are preserved.

Himalayan Cedarwood - A sweet, woody, balsamic aroma, we blend it in Grow Strong for its calming, soothing effect, making it ideal for nighttime application. And being anti-seborrhoeic, it helps regulate sebum production, therefore preventing dry, itchy skin and scalp.

Bhringraj/Eclipta Alba - Known as the ‘King of Hair' for its rejuvenating properties, its protein packed extracts are used in Ayurveda to reduce premature greying and hair loss, whilst increasing strength, thickness and shine. Calming and conditioning; a little applied before bed should improve sleep patterns and reduce stress. In a study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology in 2009, tests on mice determined that treatment with bhringraj extract helped stimulate hair growth. Additionally, a 2008 study from the Archives of Dermatological Research found that bhringraj extract was more effective than minoxidil (a substance commonly used in the treatment of hair loss) in promoting hair growth in rats.

Hibiscus - This flower petal is a natural antioxidant used in Ayurveda to stimulate circulation, prevent split ends and premature greying, whilst leaving hair feeling softer and thicker.

"I have an extremely sensitive scalp and Grow Strong is the first product I've used that has felt calming and as for the scent. It's a joy to wash my hair. Thank you again Mauli!" - Claire M.Bundle up Grow Strong Hair Range and save £14
